Start on bag breakdown:

5 Minutes

Before Class:

Pre-class

First time? We got you.

During pre-class, we break down

each of the 6 punches and the class format,

so you know exactly what to do and when to do it.

Warm Up:

Ready (to Rumble) or not

— it's about to go down.

Before we get to work on the bags,

we’ll run through a cardio-fueled warm up.

3 Rounds:

Glove up — it's go time.

Three rounds of boxing on the bags:

You'll put the 6 punches to work,

and throw combos that are simple to follow

(but still make you feel like Rocky).

Between each boxing round,

you'll catch your breath with an active recovery.

3 Rounds:

Switch sides — you'll hit the floor

for strength and conditioning

using dumbbells and your bodyweight

(all while keeping that heart rate 🔝).

Between each floor round,

you’ll sneak in a quick active recovery.

2 Rounds:

Back to the bags for two more

🔥 rounds of cardio — including the

notorious 💥 RUMBLE ROUND 💥.

2 Rounds:

Let's put the finishing touches

on this bad boy — arms, abs, 🍑...

we're about to work it all out.

including the notorious 💥 RUMBLE ROUND 💥.

Back to the floor for some fine tuning

with Rumble’s brass knuckles — arms, abs, 🍑…
